However, as stated, we cannot be held accountable for negative trend performance or any other negative factor including suspension or removal of your Google account. Any website that is canceled after 24 hours from payment receipt will incur a 50% of the total website cost, as administration cost for any of the above reasons. This is equal to 100% of the deposit payment. After 7 days following deposit payment receipt, 100% of the original charge will be billable for the associated costs listed above.
Please note that LDM has a 100% satisfaction rate when it comes to websites. We have had no customer unhappy with the final outcome or unhappy to settle the final payment. If you are not satisfied with the website you must advise us before the website is complete and before the final payment is made.
We reserve the right to refuse further changes if we feel they are cumbersome and were not brought to our attention before the website was set live and paid for.
We do make ongoing changes to websites for no monthly charge as a gesture of ongoing service to our customers as long as these services are fairly used. We reserve the right to ask for payment pro forma for wholesale changes.
Refunds take 28 days to process and will be processed back to the payment card or account from which the initial transaction was made.
