Any Google Business branch assistance or creation that is cancelled after 24 hours from payment receipt will incur a 50% administration cost for any of the above reasons. Any Google Business branch that has been verified or created prior to cancellation is subject to a 75% administration cost for the above reasons. After 7 days following payment receipt, 100% of the original charge will be billable for the associated costs listed above.

Any Google Business coaching will go by the above terms also.

As per the specified businesses in our case studies and vast amounts of other businesses we have helped, we are able to guide businesses towards some of the best behaviors and processes in maximising Google business performance. Our aim is to try to help you break on to page 1 of Google’s SERP via the Map Pack section (Local Pack). Ideally we would achieve this within a 4-6 month window, however we have often achieved this in just a matter of weeks.

We do not bear any responsibility if your business does not reach your intended position as we do not control Google’s algorithm and ultimately nobody outside of Google does.

No refund or return will be due to any client who feels there has been underperformance. There is no fixed expectation or fixed timeframe, it is vastly variable. There is little doubt that working with LDM SEO will increase your performance of Google, performance is improved in over 97% of cases. However, as stated, we cannot be held accountable for negative trend performance or any other negative factor including suspension or removal of your Google account. Google is responsible for deciding who succeeds on their platform. We can advise and guide but do not have ultimate control of the outcome.

Please note that there are administrative costs associated with accepting and starting a website project along with a delegation, strategising and the actual time spent meeting, setting up the foundations of a website, research, verifying, hosting, domains, and much more.

Any website that is canceled after 24 hours from payment receipt will incur a 50% of the total website cost, as administration cost for any of the above reasons. This is equal to 100% of the deposit payment. After 7 days following deposit payment receipt, 100% of the original charge will be billable for the associated costs listed above.

Please note that LDM has a 100% satisfaction rate when it comes to websites. We have had no customer unhappy with the final outcome or unhappy to settle the final payment. If you are not satisfied with the website you must advise us before the website is complete and before the final payment is made.

We reserve the right to refuse further changes if we feel they are cumbersome and were not brought to our attention before the website was set live and paid for.

We do make ongoing changes to websites for no monthly charge as a gesture of ongoing service to our customers as long as these services are fairly used. We reserve the right to ask for payment pro forma for wholesale changes.

Refunds

Refunds take 28 days to process and will be processed back to the payment card or account from which the initial transaction was made.
